Conchos Lady 009 (Contessa): This grand old mare is very special. She is the perfect picture of a true foundation mare starting with her awesome black hoofs. We have a black stud colt out of Contessa for sale, "Tuf Baldy Valentine" sired by the late Baldy Valentine, and we have retained 3 daughters from Contessa sired by Concho, in our broodmare bands. Contessa and her sister Tonia (Conchos Lady 012) are War Chief and Blue Valentine grandaughters. We consider them our valuable antiques.
